Secondary School for KlassicKolors

A new secondary school in Marlborough has recently been completed.

Designed by Re-Format the design comprises a sedum roof, which follows the curvature of the hill. 1300m² of Stone Grey cladding in the KlassicKolors range was installed by Roles Broderick Roofing on the central learning resource centre, contrasting with adjoining facades to create an exciting pallet of surface finishes. The material uses a ‘cool roof’ concept to enhance solar reflectance and emittance, to reduce the energy needed to cool the building.
